Legal Question in Family Law in Alabama

my daughter and grandchildren live on an army base with her soldier husband, due to marital problems she needs to know if she can take the children and come back to maryland where she still has her drivers lic. up to date and family she doesn\'t know what the military laws or rules are on base and can not get an appt with legal aid on base until sept..........

She can leave anytime she wants to because she does have custody, as much as one can have when they are the parent. Military laws do not apply in this case.
