Legal Question in Family Law in Alabama

Desperate Father Seeks Help in dDead-end Situation

I have a daughter that has been in 6 schools in the last 2 yrs. I have contacted DHR in my state and they have not been willing to help. I tried once to refuse to let her mom have her back and put her in school myself, because of that she has refused me contact with my child. I really I'm concerned with how her life is going, but it seems that I can't do anything about it.

there is not enough information in your question to provide a good answer. if you are concerned about your child's welfare you should contact an attorney in the state where your wife and child reside. that attorney can advise whether you can take action in the resident state of the child or another state, and what you can do, if anything, regarding your concerns.
