Legal Question in Family Law in Alabama
Per my divorce agreement I provide (and always have) health/dental insurance for our children. My ex has re married and they are and have used his insurance on out children. There is no extra cost of the insurance for either party. Can my ex try to have my child support raised by trying to switch the insurance. I always thought a divorce was to be between the former wife and former husband and new spousal income was not looked at.

It should not become part of your agreement since it is a contract between you and her. If they want to put the children on that insurance, that is their own doing but shouldnot affect your insurance as long as you keep them covered.
