my car and my husbands truck is in his name. When we divorce who gets the car?

When you get a divorce both you and your husband will agree to a property settlement or a judge will distribute your property out accordingly if an agreement cannot be met. Typically, it will not matter whose name the vehicles are in. You should contact a divorce attorney to handle the paperwork and property settlement agreement.
