I hate to deliver bad news, but I don't think you have been given accurate information about how the process works. You need to see an attorney immediately if your goal is to get married in July. If this is an uncontested divorce, then your paperwork from 1992 is going to need to be updated to be in compliance with current law and to reflect your current situation. Once your paperwork is updated and both you and your wife have signed it, then it can be filed with the court. As an uncontested divorce, you will not have to appear before a judge, but the judge will not sign your divorce until at least thirty days after you file the petition. Then, you must wait an additional 42 days after the judge signs the divorce before you can get married to anyone else. Thus, if you are trying to get divorced soon enough to be able to remarry this summer, you must act quickly.

If it is a contested divorce, reschedule your planned wedding because you aren't going to make it through the courts by July.
