Legal Question in Family Law in Alabama

I am getting a divorce and getting the house. My husbands ex wife is after him for money. Once the divorce is final, can she still put a lien on my house since he is still on the mortgage?

No, if you get the house, the title of the house would just have you own it, even though he may still be on the mortgage.
