Legal Question in Family Law in Alabama

Divorce help

Husband is mentally abusing me, he won't hold a job does drugs, that is why he can't keep his job, which I can prove, I am giving him one more chance to get a real job or I am leaving. I am not working, I have family in another state, I want to leave with my children, one is 14 & 16 months. I need to go to get help. Can I go? I don't have money for a divorce, I tried legal aid, they were not very nice nor helpful. I feel trapped, I also want him to pay child support, can I make him do so when I get on my feet and can take care of this matter? What are my rights.

My daughter thinks she can stay, I don't want her too, he can't take care of her. I would worry. Can I make her go with me? I am confused and don't know what to do.
