Divorce & Life Insurance

When my husband & I divorced, the decree stated that he was to keep our life insurance policy (which would become cash at a certain age) in effect; however, I have learned that he cancelled the policy shortly thereafter. (I had paid into that policy more than he had.) Do I have any recourse?

Yes, you might be able to file a rule nisi in court for contempt.
