Divorce

If I have not lived with my husband for over 10 years and do not know where he is ,how do I get a Divorce?

you need to hire an attorney and sue him for divorce just as if you had been living with him. service of the papers may be perfected by publication instead of personal service. however all other aspects of the divorce are the same.
