Divorce, Noncontested and Contested

Hello-

Can someone give the approximate costs for filing a noncontested and a contested divorce? No minor children, just property which is paid for. Also, what is the approximate time-frame for each to finalize?

You would have a filing fee - which depends on the county that you are in. As far as the paid for property, there would need to be a decision as to who gets the property and does the other get any money or any other type of agreement. Costs will depend.
