Hey!
Me and my husband are going through a divorce. Im currently pregnant and im trying to get full custody of the child. Is there anyway he could try to prove me unfit? Can his two kids that have been living with us testify againest me and lie for there dad saying im unfit and i was mean to them? If so please tell me what i can do cause i dont want to lose my baby over them saying that about me when its not true. Or is it like the case wont involve them since there not mine. Please help thanks and God Bless

There are many questions that have to be answered by you before recommendation can be made. If you truly believe this is possible, then you need to consult with an attorney now, rather than wait until the child is born. I am in the middle of a similar situation now and it has been a long drawn out process with the child almost a year old now and not yet resolved in court. You can help yourself by seeing a lawyer early.
