Typically legal services of Alabama will only assist with a divorce if there is domestic violence present. If the divorce is uncontested you should be able to find an attorney who will file it for you at a very economical price.

I agree with Melissa: it has been my experience that Legal Services will only provide divorces for individuals who have been victims of domestic violence. My office can assist you with a low-cost divorce.
