Need help with a Divorce

Wife wanted a uncontested divorce.

I paid for such and sent the paper work off. She refused to sign even considering she was getting all she asked for. Now I find out I am about to be served from an out of state court. Need help - Please contact me before I am served.

if it was never filed then if she meets the requirements for a divorce in the state she lives in, jurisdiction is proper. However, if there is property in the state you live in that is jointly owned and if there are children, there are additional problems. You should consult a lawyer if that is the case.
