Legal Question in Family Law in Alabama

i have a drug addicted father that attacked my 19 year old sister last night and then attacked my mom and the me and i had my 16 month old baby girl in my arms............. he pulled a gun on my mom and then himself but didnt do it and he is not even suppose to have a gun according to him getting out of prison.... what can i do about gettin emancipated

Contact DHR and report the incident. It should also be reported to the police. Your failure to do so could result in you losing custody of th16 month old as it may indicate a failure to protect the child.
