Need to Evict My Spouse ASAP

My wife and I purchased a home together. We have been separated for the past 1 1/2 years. She resides in the home with our children. There is a court order that requires both of us to pay a particular portion of the bills which include the mortgage. She has only contributed to the bills twice in this 1 1/2 years of separation. I am currently paying for two residences while she throws away her money. what can I do to have her removed and move into the residence with my children?

File a contempt of court petition and have her held in contempt and ask for the relief of removing her from the residence.
