me and my ex-girlfriend have joint custody of our daughter. daughter lived with mother.dhr was called on mother and safety plan was put in place now i want my daughter living with me and she has been two weeks before this happen till now how can i get my daughter back seeing that i have joint custody with ex-girlfriend

You would have to file a petition for custody in the circuit court and state why custody should be changed to you.
