Legal Question in Family Law in Alabama

My ex-husband is 92,000 dollares behind in child support including interest. He filed for social security disability in JUne of 2009. He was turned down and filed an appeal in Aug. 2009. I have heard that he is getting a court date in the next few months. I have two children at home now., One is 18 and the youngest is 15. I understand that the 15 year old will get a check for her support but what if any will we get on the arrerage part.
