ex-husband is not paying his share of medical bills

My ex husband is not paying his share of medical bills as he agreed in our divorce. Can I sue him in small claims court? How many years back can I go?

The proper way to do that is not small claims, but in domestic relations court.

There is a certain type of pleading you have to file.
