Legal Question in Family Law in Alabama

I had my exhusband watched by a private investigator last weekend. I am in the process of trying to terminate his visitation. He does not exercise his visitation, his mother keeps my child. I was told he recklessly endangered my 4 yr old with the way he was driving. He is also a cop &was;in his patrol car. What are my options as far as calling dhr or pressing charges?

Get your facts together and then go to court and show that the child is in danger when with him. That's what you're going to have to do.
