Legal Question in Family Law in Alabama

I am divorced with joint legal custody of my three year old son. My ex-wife is having the man she is dating spend the night at the house while my child is there. I have a major problem with this and is compounded by the fact that my son sleeps in the bed with her. Is there anything I can have done about this? Thank you very much.

Check your decree. Sometimes the judge will write a provision that no overnight guests of the opposite sex are allowed while the minor children are at home. Barring that, I would talk to a lawyer about modification, if you are serious about a change in custody.
