Legal Question in Family Law in Alabama
The father does not want to take me to court to get visitation because he does not want to pay child support. That is fine. But no question is until he takes me to court do I have to let him see my baby?

No you do not. If you were not married to him, then he has no legal rights to the child and is not required to pay child support until he is legally declared the father. Once he is required to pay child support thru a court order, he can be required to go back 2 years and pay back child support.
