father getting custody
what are the chance of a father getting custody if the wife has been cheating on her husband numerous times and he didnt know about it till she ask him for a divorce. one of the relationships she had went on for 1.5 years with her boss at work.

Depends on which county you are in, and the Judge. But you should at least a 50% chance. But if it is a judge who holds that type of behavior against a person, your chances are better. Usually, they look to see if she is a good mother and are you a good father. But you should be on equal footing.
