Fathers Rights

I married because I was pregnant. The marriage didn't last long. I filed for divorce before my son was born. The divorce decree says no child was a result of the marriage and he signed. No father is listed on the birth certificate. Does he have any legal rights to my son? Can my son be adopted by my husband?
