Legal Question in Family Law in Alabama

If I find out that my Ex made x amount of money in 2008 can I use it against her in our child support arguement? Also, the last time i seen my child is when I deployed to Afghanistan in 2008, is there anything i can do about that since she didnt sign the visitation agreement?

Yes you can use it and regardless of her not signing the agreement, she has an obligation to permit at least standard visitation. You should include this as a counter claim in the child support argument, although it is no basis for failure to make child support payments it does allow for you to get a court ordered visitation schedule.
