if i found out that the judge and the opposing lawyer were discussing my divorce case privately what can i do?

It is improper for a party, or lawyer for a party, to talk to the judge about a ongoing case without the other party or lawer being present. You should call the Alabama State Bar and explain your situation to them. The facts may prove that there was no improper conduct.
