I need my full amount for child support

Do the father have to pay for medical inssurance even though the child has insurance because they subtracted 334 a month from her support because he said that is what it is to put her on his support a month and it left me with 135 a month but she has insurance and i dont want her on his insurance

He has to go to court to get authorization to subtract for payment of medical insurance, and he has to prove that is the cost for that child only....no other children or dependents.
