my grandchildren have been placed with their father because their grandfather has been accused of touching one of his grandchildren but the grandfather has not been proven guilty i am the grandmother and i have lost all my rights to the grandchildren why can they do that when i am not allowed to know anything that has been said that my husband has done the father of the children say i am a threat to the children because i did not believe alligations but the son in law has caused many problems with me in the past he shot up my house with me in it and got away with it and confessed to me he did it and has tried to hit me and has been very controlling of my daughter i just need legal help for this man is a threat to his children to my grandchildren and is very muniplitive and has dhr convinced i really need help with this and im very worried about this situation and mainly my grandchildren.

You are going to need a lawyer, both for your husband and for the dependency in family court. Some of what he is saying is correct, but as far as you seeing the children, I believe you have a right; and certainly it needs to be known by DHR as to him shooting up the house and any other violence.
