What rights do grandparents have in Alabama to see the grandchildren and can they do anything about it?

the law does not give rights and state the parents have the right to choose the manner in which to raise their children and who they see, however, if there is a substantial relationship with the child that has been established and now it is cut off, they will look at it to determine if a change in that relationship is detrimental to the child
