Legal Question in Family Law in Alabama

My husband wants a divorce. Our home in Pleasant Grove Alabama was purchased 3 months AFTER we married. I left our home for a short period but now need to move back in untile we go to court about our divorce. Can I legally go back home now. and will I go to jail if I go home as long as I do not fight, hit him or break anything ?

You can and should go home. Just no fighting and stay a distance. Decide if a divorce is what you want. If it is, you may be the one who wants to file first. Did you leave because of violence?
