Legal Question in Family Law in Alabama

my husband just found out that he had a daughter from dna testing so she took him for child support and in alabama it goes by both parents income well at the time she did not have a job so it was just off of his and now she has recently gotten upset about something and she wants to take him back to court to get it raised can she do this even if he makes the same as he did back then?? also she has a job now can we get it lowered?

Her income was imputed to her as being the minimum wage at the time it was calculated. If she is making more now, that may reduce the child support, but it has to reduce it in most cases by 10% for a reduction.
