Legal Question in Family Law in Alabama

my ex husband was ordered to refinance our mobile home within twelve months of the divorce decree and it has been over two years now and still has not refinanced. I am now receiving calls at home and work from the creditors for payment. What actions can I take to resolve this problem?

If he has failed to refinance and that is a violation of the Court's order, then he can be held in contempt for violating the decree. If he refuses to comply with the Decree, he could be arrested.
