If my husband and I reunited within a week after the divorce hearing, resided in our marital home as husband and wife, there was definite non-compliance regarding our divorce settlement...are we divorced or married?

Divorced. Now whether you were common law re-married would depend on whether you held yourself out to the public as husband and wife thereafter. This could be by the way of introduction, tax filing status, insurance, bank accounts, etc.
