Legal Question in Family Law in Alabama

Hi, I am a international student living here in Birmingham AL, married with a permanent resident. I don't have a job right now. Previously I had another girl (I never married her mother) she is 7 years old and she lives in NC with her mother and her husband, they both work. We have an agreement from Mexico and I pay her every month the child support (agreement from Mexico just less than 350 Dlls a month) every time that I want to see her, the mother always threatening me that I cannot see her unless I pay her more. What can I do? on the other hand she dose not let her fly by her self, what can I do in order to see her more often and easyer, alwasys is a big problem when I want to see her.

somebody help me.

Thanks

You would need to file suit in NC where the mother resides seeking visitation rights and requirements regarding the air flight.
