Legal Question in Family Law in Alabama

is there a law that states that another man can't live with my wife while legall

my brother-in-law sent you an question about me i am the one on active duty and my wife is living with my best friend and i was wondering if there was a law to prevent that from happening while we are legally married. if there is what can i do about it. and if so can they be arrested if i can do something about it if they continue to do so.

i am haveing a hard time with all of this and i'm trying to get all the help i can get while i'm here in afghanistan

with this divorce and all.

Well, there is an adultery law on the books, but it is rarely enforced. I recommend filing divorce papers.
