A lesbian couple intersted in moving in and becoming a family

I would like to know about any information regarding a lesbian couple one lady is a mother with soul custody of her son. If the couple were to move in with each other and just continue life as a family can the father take the child away. He does have visitation every other Saturday. If he can Is there an attorney that deals with this specific subject matter?

"taking the child away" is not automatic. The father would have to go to court and the court would have to rule as to any change in custody between the mother and father based on the best welfare of the child. the ala courts have recently ruled on such a situation. please feel free to call to discuss. 205-879-9595
