Legal Question in Family Law in Alabama

I live in Alabama. I have been married over 20 years. My husband wants a divorce and has taken everything. We don't have any children . He has sold the car he was supposed t give me. He has left me with nothing. I came into this relationship with a car. He promised me he would give me that car. Right now I'm living with a friend. He does have profit sharing and a 401K plan. What am I entitled to.

YOu are entitled to one-half of the profit sharing and 401k plan and possibly alimony, as well as all other marital assets. You need a good lawyer to fight for you.
