Legal Question in Family Law in Alabama

if a man and woman married and they have been separated for more than 10 yrs and with a yr found out another woman is now carrying his last name and i assume cliaming marriage is that legit and how do i (the real wife) get a divorce from him proving this

You may be divorced and just not know it. You can check with the State of Alabama and if you are not, you do not have to prove anything to get a divorce, just do it and it happens.
