Marriage, Annulment

couple marries,(married for about 3 months now) and husband does not disclose that he is Bipolar.. he is off his medicine, and the Bipolar emerges with strong manic eposides, can wife get an annulment, and by-pass divorce proceddings because he has a mental disorder and did not tell her prior to the marriage? Wife has a pre-nup husband signed, husband does not have pre-nup? Thank you for your help

In Alabama, an annulment may be granted for fraudulently concealing something prior to the marriage. Talk to an attorney in your area as they will be able to better look at the details of your situation! Hope this helps!
