Legal Question in Family Law in Alabama

If you were married in Alabama but now live Florida, an will be moving back to Alabama, can you file for divorce in Alabama or do you have to file in Florida?

you have to be a resident of Alabama for 6 months or more to file here. Depends on whether you established residency in Florida or not and whether you remained a resident here...voting, etc.
