Legal Question in Family Law in Alabama

I married and divorced my wife in Washington state. We had a son. I received full custody of my son. We reconciled and I remarried her in Alabama. I need to go back to Washington for work and I want to bring my son. She says no. Do I have legal right to take him with me?

Are you married to her now? You can take your son anywhere you want. SHe can come get him and take him back anytime she wants. You need to get into a divorce court if you want to move back to Washington and leave your wife here.
