Legal Question in Family Law in Alabama

If you get married but later find out you spouce isn't legally divorced from their previous marriage does that make our marriage not legal or nonvoid and if so what do we need to do from here?

Your marriage can be annulled for that reason. You will need to file a petition to do that. Please call if we can assist.
