Legal Question in Family Law in Alabama

I was married in 1971 in the state of Alabama. We were divorced in that same state in 1972. In the divorce settlement I was awarded $10.00 a week. In the 37 years since then I have never received a penny from that settlement. We both live in different states now. Is this worth going after the full amount plus interest or should I just forget it?

You could go after it but are you sure he is alive and the debt is collectable?
