Legal Question in Family Law in Alabama

minor child age 11yrs.

My daughter is unhappy and wants to come live with me.My ex husband will not allow it .I filed for divorce in my state and it was granted,however divorce and custody are seprate issues.So custody never went to court we just made an agreement between us,however he believes he has sole custody.My daughter is beyond torn up as I am.He will not listen to her and is being unresonable.Please help.

There is not enough information to properly advise you. Was custody addressed in the divorce? If not, then whoever has custody has custody. But you need to get a written order as well as child support. Please contact me through my website either email or telephone.
