Modification of Custody

I have a 6-year-old girl & custody was given soley to her father less than a year ago. I want to petition the court to modify custody due to my ex not letting me see her. Would this be grounds or would I need more to go on?

your facts describe a ground for a rule nisi (petition to the court to hold your husband in contempt for disobeying its order) for failure to allow visitation if it was ordered in the divorce decree. in order to modify the decree (custody) you need to prove a material change in circumstances in addition to other matters when custody is at issue. call me to discuss the matter
