Mother's rights

My daughter became pregnant by a man during a date. It was consensual. What are my daughters rights as to getting some help in paying for delivery of baby and financial concerns afterwards? He does not want anything to do with the baby.

As long as he is definitely the father, he is responsible for paying child support until the child is 19 years old.
