Legal Question in Family Law in Alabama

I owe about $1100.00 in back child support because I was out of work for about 6 months and now have a job and having it taken out of my check. I am scheduled to go to court on August 14, 2009. I can pay off ALL the back child support within 2 weeks after that date. Is there any way if I can get the mother to agree to settle out of court since I'm paying it all off within 2 weeks anyways?

You can not get her to agree out of court, but it certainly would be in her best interest as I can not see how she would benefit from you going to court. If she has a lawyer, then her lawyer should listen as well. If I can help, please contact me.
