Legal Question in Family Law in Alabama

Parents incuring over $10,000 debt in my name; increasing daily

I am a college student with older parents who are living off of credit cards which are in my name with a debt exceeding $10,000 with only the minimum payment being paid. My parents are requesting more credit cards daily to pay off the older credit cards especially in my little brother's and sister's name with a debt unknown to me. If they are to pass away, my little brother, little sister, and especially I would not have the money to pay this debt and would all be bankrupt before 25 years of age.

I do love my parents but what can I do to have their debt removed from my name? Thank you for your help.

How do they get credit cards in your name? You, if you are of legal age, can certainly contact the credit card companies and stop any further charges. I think that there is more to this story than you are telling. You need to consult with an attorney.
