third party in divorce

my partner of two years is still legally married. he and the wife decided to share a flat for the child's sake. they have been seperated from bed and table for almost six years.

now that he finally wants to get a divorce, the wife is threatening to take me to court. does she have enough ground to stand on? if so what should I do if she proceed with this?
