Party who filed for divorce won't sign

I was served with divorce papers and signed and sent them

back over 12 weeks ago. The party who filed divorce papers

won't sign. What can be done in this case?

Consider filing for divorce or separate maintenance and support. Also, consider filing for temporary alimony and support or a motion to dismiss in the existing case.
