Legal Question in Family Law in Alabama

I pay child support for my son. Childcare expense is figured in with my child support payment ...if my child is no longer in any type of daycare, and there are no plans to enroll the child, can I get my child support re-figured without childcare expenses?

Yes. You must appear before the court on a motion to modify. You will have to produce testimony showing child support is due to be modified
